Hope you and Marco are doing well — I saw the photos from Bologna, the restaurant looks incredible.

Wanted to send a quick note about November before the statement lands. It was honestly a really solid month at Aspen Ridge Chalet — we ended up at 88% occupancy and just over $31.2k in net revenue. Down a touch on October, but October was the outlier, not this.

The nicer news: both peak-week bookings came in above rack rate. Those small pricing tweaks we talked through on the call in October are actually pulling through, which is great to see.

Two things on the property side you should know about. The boiler started cycling on the 22nd so I got Gio out the same afternoon — he replaced the pressure valve and it's been fine since. Invoice will sit on next month's statement, nothing dramatic. I also moved the deep clean off the 28th because we had a late check-out; it's booked for the first free window in December and I'll make sure it's done before the Whitmores arrive.

December is already sitting at 46% booked, which is ahead of where we were this time last year. I won't clutter your inbox unless something comes in above the threshold we agreed on.
